Snapshots: Snapshots Celebrates Reading at Drew

In this week’s episode, Snapshots visits with kindergarteners at Drew Model Elementary School during the We Read Books celebration. Drew students participated in the Pearson Foundation’s first-ever national Read for My School campaign, which allowed readers to designate a school to receive free children’s books. Drew was one of 25 schools nationwide to receive 500 books from the Pearson Foundation.

You can see “APS Snapshots” on Comcast Cable Channel 70 and Verizon FiOS Channel 41. Snapshots airs at the following times: Mondays at 10:30 p.m.; Tuesdays at 7 and 10:30 p.m.; Wednesdays at 10:30 p.m.; Thursdays at 7 and 10:30 p.m. (after School Board Meetings); Fridays at 8:30 and 10:30 p.m.; and Saturdays at 2 p.m. Snapshots may also run at additional times as scheduling allows.
